We begin our Rites of Passage program when girls are 8 years old in our Nature Sisters program (ages 8-11) which is an age appropriate way to grow a strong foundation for a girls connection with her intuition, her voice, her truth and her communication with her peers and the natural world.

Join us as we play and connect with new friends and Mother Earth through Nature Awareness games, ancestral crafts and primitive skills, learning edible and medicinal plants, medicine making, and sharing our hearts through song, play, council circles and simple earth based rituals.

Nature Sisters Fall and Winter Series

Join us as we play and connect with new friends and Mother Earth through Nature Awareness games, ancestral crafts and primitive skills, learning edible and medicinal plants, medicine making, and sharing our hearts through song, play, council circles and simple earth based rituals. 

Join us this fall as we harvest the wild sweet abundance of persimmons, apples, sumac and pawpaws, and craft medicinal herbal teas over the fire. We will weave pine needle baskets, while we sing and sip hot chocolate. We will play creative games that awaken our senses and hone our tracking and stalking skills. We will be learning to work and play together in community through team building activities that deepen our sisterhood and we thinking.

Earth Skills: friction fire, cordage, pottery, shelter, wild edible and medicinal plants, herbalism, tracking, bird language, sensory awareness activities

Community Building: Storytelling, Council, Singing, Dancing, Nature Connection Games, Community Service, Leadership Projects

Horseback Riding and Animal Commmunication

Creativity: group mandalas, safe earthen body paint, natural jewelry making, weaving in nature
