Earth Path Education's Reimbursement Policy:

The following list is a set of guidelines that are applicable to every reimbursement request.

3 Months or more out from Program Start Date: 20% administration/change fee, and receive 80% reimbursement or receive a 100% credit for Earth Path Programs. 

3 to 1 Month out from Program Start Date: 50% reimbursement, 50% administration/change fee, or 80% credit for Earth Path Programs.

Less than 1 month out from Program Start Date: 50% credit towards future programming, no reimbursement (This is a space that we turned away a potential participant to hold the space for you or your child.)

Deposits are non-refundable one or more months out from the program. If more than one month out, you will receive 75% of your deposit back, or 100% credit towards a future Earth Path Education program, within two years of the request for refund.
